Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management department, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-level project plans by merging inputs from external stakeholders and internal teams
  • Define and standardize planning procedures to facilitate smooth expansion or contraction of the project organization
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through proactive communication and stakeholder management
  • Prioritize work packages based on site requirements, priorities, and dependencies
  • Oversee and review multiple plans running concurrently
Requirements:
  • Exceptional planning skills, including the ability to merge inputs from diverse sources
  • Proficiency in defining and standardizing planning procedures
  • Strong customer-supplier mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work packages according to site needs and dependencies
  • Experience overseeing multiple plans concurrently
  • Experience with Primavera P6
