We're seeking a Senior Visual Storyteller and Team Manager to join our global brand team.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our shows across multiple markets, developing and executing impactful creative campaigns that elevate our shows, drive growth, and reinforce Podimo's brand and objectives.

You will collaborate with global and local teams to create cohesive visuals, drive innovation, and ensure that all creative assets reflect Podimo's brand vision.

This role requires a deep understanding of visual storytelling, campaign strategy, and the ability to develop strong conceptual art direction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of creative experience, including team management, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, impactful creative outputs.

You will work closely with creatives, video editors, and other stakeholders in hybrid/remote teams to deliver high-quality, impactful creative outputs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Show Branding: Develop and execute show branding and creative assets in close collaboration with local teams.
  • Global Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute global campaigns that strategically reinforce Podimo's brand and objectives.
  • Cross-Channel Consistency: Ensure that all visual content remains cohesive, upholds the integrity of each show, and aligns seamlessly with Podimo's brand and standards.

You're a highly skilled visual storyteller with a strong understanding of campaign strategy and concepts.
