About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contract Manager to join our team at K2 Management A/S.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide contract management services and contractual advisory support to our internal sales teams and clients.
  • Develop procurement and contract management strategies, drafting heads of terms, contract conditions, and commercial schedules for inclusion in invitations to tender.
  • Evaluate contract and commercial aspects of bids received, leading the contractual and commercial aspects of contract negotiations.
  • Advise project teams on contract and commercial matters, identifying and evaluating contractual risk, and ensuring compliance with agreed contracts.

About Your Qualifications:

  • You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration & Commercial Law or equivalent qualifications.
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial contract management, preferably in the renewable industry.
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation and administration, change and claims management, and dispute resolution for contracts based upon FIDIC, BIMCO, LOGIC, or similar forms of contract.
  • Good understanding of construction terminology and critical path delay analysis.
  • Able to work across functions within international teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
