The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with experience working in a similar role for 3-5 years within regulated financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong risk management framework within the defined and allocated area of responsibility.
- Ensure processes and methodologies are in place for the proper identification, measurement, monitoring, mitigation, management, and reporting of operational risks.
- Facilitate Risk & Control Self-Assessments and oversee the Third-Party Management process.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and ensure necessary risk training and awareness are provided to staff.
