  • Provide analytical support to the SVP by gathering and interpreting business data, preparing reports, and delivering insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist in planning and executing key business projects by managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Serve as a connection point between the SVP and both internal and external parties, facilitating open communication, alignment on project aims, and efficient teamwork across various teams and departments.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the SVP, including procurement, vendor management, documentation, and transaction coordination. Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and policy compliance to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including visas and accommodations, for the SVP and senior staff. Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities to promote a collaborative atmosphere.

Your Skills & Our Team

We value collaboration, respect, and a willingness to learn. To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in management, Business Administration, economics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operations role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Danish is an asset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with a team, and complete tasks efficiently.
