About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting end-to-end testing of Salesforce software, Zuora, and payment gateways to ensure seamless integration and functionality across our systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Test Salesforce software Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Zuora, and payment gateways to verify functionality, data integrity, and system integration.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system requirements and business processes.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet user requirements and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, prioritize, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and ensure timely resolution with development teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide testing updates and gather feedback.
  • Maintain test environments and test data to support ongoing testing activities.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role, with a focus on end-to-end testing and UAT.
  • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce software, Zuora, and payment gateways (e.g., GoCardless, Stripe).
  • Full understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex business processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver multiple priorities effectively.
