Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Massage Therapist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through relaxing treatments, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring that all necessary products are available.
- Customer Experience:
- Deliver relaxing treatments following AIRE's protocols and techniques, clearly communicating treatment details and product information to clients.
- Maintain an ample supply of necessary products for customer experiences, promptly reporting any shortages or low stock.
- Coordinate effectively with partner therapists for a seamless experience.
- Workplace:
- Keep work areas clean and ready for customer experiences per company protocols.
- Supervise facility sanitation, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments.
- Ensure environmental conditions meet protocol standards for noise, temperature, and humidity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- You have at least one year of experience in a similar role,
- a valid Massage Therapist course or certification,
- fluency in English, and Danish as a bonus,
- excellent customer skills,
- a flexible schedule allowing for evenings, holidays, and weekends when necessary.
