Job Purpose

As a Mekong FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for governing, driving, and managing all financial information, analysis, and forecasts to support business partnering from an area perspective. You will be the driving force and center for financial analysis, performance management, and forecasts, advising area business partners on performance and actions across products and areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, communicate, and drive strategies while understanding overall objectives and effectively. Independently drive timely and high-quality financial reporting and analysis (revenue, cost, commitments, estimates, and forecasting, key drivers, etc.) for business partners in collaboration with the central/regional FP&A team.
  • Have accountability for timely and high-quality financial reporting and analysis (SG&A) to key stakeholders. Own and enable performance management cycle across the area, from coordination of local target setting to following up on the global targets set by HQ. Analysis and preparation of periodic (monthly, quarterly, etc.) performance management analyses and material on same to senior area management.
  • Identify, contribute toward, and drive business improvement initiatives and optimize current processes. Involved with and facilitate management of end-to-end process across the area from analysis and sign-off of key drivers based on global assumptions, coordinating input across products.
  • Provide leadership and direction through other managers.
  • Develop solutions to match business needs, participate in the development of new ideas, and organize information to develop, compare, and assess alternatives. Decision guided by functional strategies and priorities.
  • Develop people – coaching and mentoring to build organizational capability, talent, and bench strength.
  • Involve in business partnering with the Sales function to drive and enable growth.
Requirements
  • At least 06 years' professional experience at similar position(s) in Finance.
  • Practical experience in logistics industry is a big plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods and models.
  • Solid background in Finance/Economics/Statistics.
  • Proactive mindset with strong stakeholder manager skill.
  • Power BI is a plus.
  • Analytical and logical thinking skill.
  • In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
  • Eager to learn and being collaborative.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal.
