Key Responsibilities:

As a trusted business partner to the CTO, you will deliver financial and analytical support to evaluate R&D strategic initiatives and roadmap. This involves understanding the drivers of the business area and providing actionable insights from a financial perspective.

You will be part of the FP&A team, supporting the growing organization by providing financial steering and analysis to business units and management. Your tasks will include participating in the preparation of the monthly board report, improving ongoing reporting and analysis for specific business units, and updating budgeting and forecast data.

Requirements:
  • Relevant working experience as a Business Controller in a startup or similar environment.
  • Experience partnering with the R&D department and working with technical specialists is a plus.
  • Skilled inquisition and financial skills, with key financial knowledge in accounting and forecasting.
  • Practical experience in cost accounting, calculation of tariffs, and project control, as well as ERP/BI tools.
  • Confident to work on your own initiative, being proactive, and communicating on different levels within the organization.
  • Ability to maintain a global perspective, influence/impact, be service-oriented, and effectively organize change.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excel super user and good at modeling.
