Job Description

The Software ART Quality Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products, specifically within Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and assessing quality-related pain points within ARTs
  • Representing ARTs in quality governance meetings
  • Driving quality improvement initiatives within ARTs
  • Facilitating quality checkpoint meetings with teams
  • Acting as a quality coach for development teams
  • Fostering a quality culture and mindset

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An academic degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
  • Substantial experience in software quality governance, preferably in industrial software development
  • Experience with agile software development practices (e.g. SAFe)
  • Experience with Continuous Delivery methodology
