Chief Forecasting Visionary

At Novo Nordisk A/S, we're shaping the future of forecasting methodologies. We seek a Chief Forecasting Visionary to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive transformative changes.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to oversee the obesity portfolio and Long-Term Forecast (LTF) process, serving as the primary liaison to the LTF central team. You'll direct high-quality forecasts for key products at regional and/or global levels, incorporating LTF, Spring Review (SR), Gate passage, and support for Business Development cases.

Main Responsibilities

• Align assumptions and forecasts across operational units/regions and key markets.
• Create market models and deliver analyses to impact strategic decision-making.
• Enhance forecast processes and provide decision-making support to senior management, fostering strong business partnerships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll possess a degree - preferably a master's - in business, engineering, natural sciences or a similar field. Essential qualifications include:

• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare industry, or consultancy agency.
• Extensive years of experience within commercial long- and short-term forecasting.
• Proficiency in modeling and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
