Operations Team Lead

We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to join our team at Hitachi Energy's Grid Integration business in Middelfart, Denmark.

The successful candidate will lead all on-site activities of a project to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction and/or erection, commissioning and maintenance phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning project on-site activities together with the Project Manager, including necessary resources, equipment, and milestones.
  • Coordinating agreement between customer and external resources on construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organization, and policy.
  • Ensuring that detailed and up-to-date risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are in place in respect of each work package, compliant with the project health and safety plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent skills.
  • Few years' experience as Site Manager in construction and/or installation business.
  • Good understanding of transmission regulations and current HSE legislation.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
