The Role

As an Engineering Manager / Sr. Engineering Manager for the NG-SIEM product group working on the LogScale Platform Global Serverless Platform team, you will be responsible for driving the engineering team towards building a zero-touch, highly refined self-service model for managing industry-leading event data store and search systems.

  1. Uphold operational excellence for the global- and region-level serverless platform systems.
  2. Drive secure, high-quality engineering practices and champion architectures balancing availability, scalability, and cost.
  3. Lead by example on customer and product focus.
  4. Balance constraints around distributed system engineering, end-to-end system resilience, and hardware utilization to advance our serverless platform mission.
  5. Hire, retain, mentor, and grow our world-class engineering teams.
  6. Engage and collaborate with various teams to ensure platform success.
