We're looking for an experienced Technical Solutions Consultant to join our EMEA Solutions team. As a key member of the deal and account team, you will work closely with both prospective and existing customers to deliver impactful technical and strategic solutions that meet their needs.
In this role, you'll be responsible for positioning Templafy's differentiators, mapping out and influencing decision criteria, aligning desired outcomes with technical capabilities, and providing effective demonstrations of our solution. You will directly contribute to the progress and outcome of commercial opportunities through technical and functional wins, pre-qualifying technical environments, and delivering proof of value that demonstrates Templafy's ability to solve identified challenges and achieve positive business outcomes.
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will own the interaction with technical buyers, assist in discovery, and understand the customer's technical landscape, enterprise architecture, and how Templafy fits into their capabilities and business goals. You'll be an expert on the Templafy product offering, from value proposition to technical aspects, including architecture and implementation processes.
You will demonstrate capabilities via custom demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and ensure the customer understands the value of our solution. You'll engage with product teams to stay up-to-date on new developments, releases, and updates that impact clients, prospects, and commercial teams. Additionally, you'll provide guidance, knowledge, and informal enablement to all members of the Templafy team.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to close and win new business, owning the interaction with technical buyers and assisting in discovery and understanding the customer's technical landscape.
- Be an expert on the Templafy product offering, from value proposition to technical aspects, including architecture and implementation processes.
- Demonstrate capabilities via custom demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and ensure the customer understands the value of the solution.
- Engage with product teams to stay up-to-date on new developments, releases, and updates that impact clients, prospects, and commercial teams.
- Provide guidance, knowledge, and informal enablement to all members of the Templafy team.
What you'll need to succeed:
- An academic background in Software, Engineering, or an interdisciplinary field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Solutions Consultant with technical SaaS solutions.
- A solid technical foundation and experience with APIs, enterprise deployments & applications, technical automation.
- Value-based selling methods and motions, such as Command of the Message and opportunity qualification processes.
- Familiarity with responding to enterprise RFI and RFPs and running PoC/workshop in an enterprise selling motion.
- Good product or service demonstrations to a range of different stakeholders.
- An understanding of the different stakeholders in a B2B buying process - ability to talk directly with C-level IT executives on the customer side.
- Solid experience with MS Office, especially Word, and PowerPoint.
- A solid desire to learn in a rapidly growing and innovative environment.
Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
