About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial to join our management team at Limepack. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy, implementing and managing our commercial P&L, and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of 6 direct reports, including PPC, Ecom & UX, Video, SEO, and Email specialists.
  • Collaborate with our Country Managers and team lead to develop and implement regional commercial strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze and evaluate marketing, sales, and customer performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement a brand strategy, communication, and content marketing plan.
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to the management team to inform overall strategy development.
