About the Role

Pandora A/S is seeking an exceptional leader to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Point of Sales Materials (POSM) supply chain. As Director, POSM Supply Chain, you will play a key part in driving business impact and delivering a world-class consumer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute global supply planning strategies for POSM materials, ensuring high product availability across ten regional distribution centers at lowest cost and inventory.
  2. Ongoing optimization of inventory performance, balancing demand, cost, and service levels on strategic and operational horizons.
  3. Ownership and direction of the S&OP process for the POSM value chain, aligning supply chain operations with commercial, marketing and procurement teams.
  4. Development and management of inbound logistics and transportation, working with forwarders to ensure timely deliveries while optimizing the freight budget and developing the area strategically.
  5. Cross-functional collaboration with Store Creative & Design, Procurement, Merchandising, and Regional Operations to streamline planning processes, identify and deliver cost improvements, and enhance the consumer experience.
  6. Setting the future vision and strategy for the POSM supply chain, driving EBIT improvements and operational excellence.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in global supply chain, logistics, planning, procurement, or merchandising.
  • Strong expertise in S&OP, demand, inventory, and supply planning.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams, drive strong succession and talent factory.
  • A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management at a senior level, including strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP and advanced planning systems (AX/SAP, Logility/O9).
  • A strategic and visionary mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in an international setting, preferably with production or regional sites.
