Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Pharmaceutical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development of innovative medicines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for program-wide timelines and budgets, ensuring clarity of mission and accountability for critical objectives.

  • Manage program strategy, goals, decision points, and risk areas, including mitigation strategies.
  • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to meet program goals and facilitate coordination across functions.
  • Serve as primary spokesperson for the program, communicating progress and issues to key stakeholders, senior management, and external advisory committees.

Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a Program Leader and/or Manager in drug development programs, with a thorough understanding of the drug development process and knowledge of key functional activities.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with proven ability to drive high-level decision-making and lead in a cross-functional, interdisciplinary environment.
