Working at Mjolner's Madrid Office
You will join a team of skilled ServiceNow Consultants working on designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our Danish clients. As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will provide strategic consulting on best practices and capabilities, leading projects from design to development and implementation. Your responsibilities include conducting requirement analysis, system configuration, and custom development, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, and mentoring Junior Consultants and other team members.
As a Junior ServiceNow Consultant, you will assist in the design and development of ServiceNow solutions, supporting implementation, customization, and maintenance. Your tasks include providing technical support and troubleshooting, gathering and analyzing specific requirements in collaboration with Senior Consultants, and conducting testing and quality assurance for ServiceNow solutions.
Your Qualifications and Competences
To be eligible for both positions, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. For the Senior profile, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, Integrated Risk Management, and IT Operations Management. You should also be proficient in ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and integration to consult and guide clients independently.
The Junior profile requires a basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts and experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You should be analytical, have a problem-solving mindset, and possess well-developed communication skills. We value a curious mindset and a willingness to learn and develop your skills in close cooperation with colleagues and clients.
