The Role of Breakfast Supervisor

You'll be the vital bridge between the kitchen and the restaurant, ensuring our breakfast buffet looks inviting, stays well-stocked, and provides a fantastic start to our guests' day. Your key responsibilities include:

• Opening the Buffet ">

You'll start your shift early (05:30 on weekdays, 06:30 on weekends) and set up the buffet with a chef, making sure everything runs smoothly.

You'll keep the buffet neat, tidy, and fully stocked throughout breakfast service.

You'll help runners during busy moments and assist chefs with tasks like refilling and prepping for the next day.

You'll prepare delicious staff lunches, conference meals, and group dinners as needed.

You'll be the friendly face of our restaurant, chatting with guests, spreading positivity, and setting the mood for a great breakfast experience.

You'll close down the buffet after breakfast, clean up, and prepare for the next day's service.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with:

You should know your way around a kitchen and be able to whip up a hearty staff lunch or cater for a group with confidence.

You should be comfortable engaging with guests, love making people smile, and enjoy being the mood-setter in the restaurant.
