Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies for the flat roof insulation segment
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation and specifications, and define product strategies in alignment with market needs
  • Work closely with production, sales, and marketing to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage and optimize the product portfolio, introduce new products, and phase out obsolete ones
  • Support sales forces with product requests and provide expert knowledge for extraordinary sales projects
  • Keep product information and documentation up-to-date, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in working with technical aspects of products – ideally in the building industry
  • Ability to balance technical expertise with commercial insight
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing market demands
  • A technical background in engineering, building construction or similar
