About the Role

As a Senior Director, you will lead a team of professionals dedicated to incorporating patients' voices in clinical drug development. You will drive a compelling vision, enhance organizational readiness, and maintain industry-leading domain expertise.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead team performance and develop competencies of team members via coaching and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, generate, and report patient experience data in clinical trials.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to amplify patients' voices in clinical drug development and healthcare decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with other leaders in M&S CoE and take an active part in developing the VP area.
