About the Tech Department

Our tech department is comprised of 34 dedicated and passionate colleagues who work together to solve complex problems and fulfill the squad's mission.

As our new Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll join this dynamic team and contribute to the development process from start to finish.

The Job Requirements

  • You'll work on every aspect of the development process, from figuring out how to achieve the squad's mission to deployment.
  • You'll participate in solution design and architecture discussions in your squad and collaborate across squads to share learnings and align direction.
  • You'll deliver high-quality code and inspire others to do the same by example and by working with peers and mentoring juniors.
  • Hypothesis driven development means that you and your colleagues will determine how best to achieve the desired outcomes and fulfill the squad's mission.

Your Professional Background

  • You have several years of experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, and you're probably a big fan of Next.js or similar.
  • You have experience validating hypotheses with A/B tests and tracking user journeys with Google Analytics.
  • You have a DevOps mindset, and you're used to deploying your own applications (sometimes several times a day).
  • You're a great communicator, leader, and problem-solver who can work well under pressure.
  • You care about quality and building things right, but you're also able to deliver when the stakes are high.
