Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including cloud software, networks, and security systems. Your primary focus will be on providing expert support for Office 365, Windows, and mobile devices (Android & Apple).
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud software, networks, and security systems
- New user on/off boarding, asset and access management
- Handle daily IT user support through tickets and Slack
- Manage Office 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD
- Provide technical support and setup for Windows workstations, Apple Macs, and Android/iOS mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations
- Document IT procedures and provide user training when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst, System Administrator, or similar role. We also consider other IT-related experience
