About the Role

This position involves managing a portfolio of customers in Denmark, ensuring that their needs are met through efficient communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders. As the main Vestas contact for these customers, you will build strong relationships, resulting in high customer satisfaction and financial growth for both parties.

Main Responsibilities

• Act on behalf of customers internally to ensure delivery on their business cases, involving communication with planning departments, technicians, and other stakeholders
• Calculate and follow up on the cost and profitability of service contracts and negotiate additional services when requested
• Participate in the handovers of new wind parks from sales and construction to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled
• Manage daily communication with customers

Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor's degree combined with experience from similar positions in international companies
• Excellent knowledge of English and Danish, both verbal and written
• Experience in contract- and claim handling
• Commercial mindset and technical understanding
• Experience working with customers focused on cost efficiency

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at approximately €60,000 per year, based on the location in Videbæk (DK) and the level of experience required for this position.
