Your Role
We are looking for a skilled Group Logistics Manager with a strong background in tourism operations to join our team.
The primary focus of this role will be ensuring seamless group operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage group bookings and operations in collaboration with our suppliers.
- Design and implement tailored itineraries using available resources.
- Optimize revenue by promoting additional services and negotiating favorable rates with suppliers.
- Liaise with the contracting department to ensure smooth operational processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- Excellent language skills in Chinese and English.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field such as Tourism or Hospitality.
- Detailed knowledge of Scandinavian destinations, including Iceland, the Baltics, and Poland.
- Proven ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively.
