The Project Planner position is a key role in the Project Planning & Control team, supporting Topsoe's transformational journey towards becoming a global leader in delivering decarbonization technologies.
This challenging and dynamic role involves conducting project planning and project control activities from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating project Work Breakdown Structures and cost budgets, scheduling project deliverables, and facilitating monthly updating and controlling of manhour and cost forecasts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create project plans and schedules using SAP PS and MS Project tools.
- Develop and maintain project budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze and report on project performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide support to project management by leveraging SAP BW/BI reports, Power BI, and Excel Analyzer reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in project execution, specifically in project planning, project scheduling, or project controlling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
