Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. AM Quality Engineer to join our Additive Design & Manufacturing Equipment Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Additive Manufacturing (AM) equipment and processes. You will work closely with our AM engineers and partners to develop and implement quality assurance procedures that meet or exceed industry standards.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure quality performance of a multi-technology global fleet of 3D printers
- Explore and drive quality improvement initiatives across sites
- Ensure quality of processes and documentation
- Monitor performance via KPI tracking and BI reporting on equipment, identify trends and take action on these
- Lead Root Cause analysis on complex issues
- Actively engage with the team to maintain our high quality standard in our ways of working and products

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Additive Manufacturing
- Experience working with metal and/or polymer AM technologies
- Quality related experience
- Experience working with data analysis and BI and representing data
- Ability to comprehend and navigate complex challenges
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and doing root cause analysis
- Organized and structured approach
- Proficiency in English written and verbally
