We are seeking a Secure Overlay Specialist to join our Pan-Nordic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and security of one of Europe's largest and most complex ISP networks. Your expertise in Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate FW/SD-WAN routers, FortiExtender 4G/5G modems, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP WiFi APs, will be instrumental in maintaining Layer 2/3 network systems and overseeing SD-WAN services (Underlay, Overlay, Add-On).

About the Role

This role requires a deep understanding of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, and SD-WAN services, as well as experience with some of the platforms like Meraki, Versa, and Aruba. You will collaborate with our Network Operations and Engineering teams to manage and resolve incidents and escalations.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to handle 3rd-level operations and contribute to innovative advancements. You will participate in exciting projects that let you expand your expertise in software-defined networks and gain hands-on experience with advanced security solutions for large-scale networks.

  • You will work closely with our Network Operations and Engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of our connectivity solutions.
  • You will maintain accurate documentation and train local Customer Service departments to strengthen their knowledge.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in Fortinet technologies.
  • Solid experience with TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, and SD-WAN services.
  • Experience with some of the platforms like Meraki, Versa, and Aruba.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and collaboration tools like ServiceNow and MS Teams.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate across our Pan-Nordic team and with customers.
