About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Risk Officer - Strategic Risk Manager to join our team at Resurs Bank. As a key member of our Governance & Risk department, you will be responsible for independently assessing and analyzing the Bank's risks and risk management practices.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a fast-paced Nordic organization, leveraging your expertise in risk management to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring reported risks, tracking agreed risk appetites/limits, and evaluating internal controls and processes.

You will also have the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of innovative risk metrics, strategies, and management protocols. This role requires a high level of adaptability, prioritization, and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a self-driven individual with a can-do attitude, who is collaborative and possesses sound knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to risk management.

About You
  • A bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, finance, or equivalent is required.
  • You should have at least 4 years of experience within Risk Management in the financial sector, alternatively as an internal auditor.
  • English and Swedish skills at a business proficient level are essential.
