Content Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Specialist to join our team at One A/S. As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and persuasive content that captivates audiences and enhances our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement content strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates across platforms.
  2. Create compelling content for the Norwegian market, delivering impactful messaging.
  3. Write new content for various formats, including web, blog, email, social media, and paid ads.
  4. Optimize and update existing content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
  5. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to improve SEO and drive organic traffic.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to enhance content development.
  7. Collaborate with regional teams to evolve content and copy efforts.
  8. Monitor and analyze content performance for optimization.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in content marketing.
  10. Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
Requirements:
  1. You are fluent in spoken and written Norwegian (Bokmål).
  2. High proficiency in English.
  3. Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter.
  4. Proven experience of producing copy that drives sales.
  5. Ability to adapt writing style and tone to different target audiences and brand guidelines.
  6. Understanding of local culture and how to communicate to the target population.
  7. An urge to drive sales through optimizing and creating content.
  8. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
  9. Proficiency in conducting thorough research on various topics and industries.
  10. Experience in optimizing content for different platforms and formats.
  11. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  12. Great attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Understanding and experience in SEO and keyword analysis.
  2. Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for content decision-making.
  3. Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they relate to content.
  4. Familiarity with content distribution strategies and tactics.
  5. Experience with either SaaS or digital products.
  6. A team player with the ability to work independently.
  7. A strong will to learn and grow in your role and skills.
  8. High energy and a good sense of humor.
