IT Infrastructure Specialist

Ascendis Pharma is a fast-growing biopharmaceutical company with a strong presence in Europe. We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Global IT team and support our European affiliates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining IT infrastructure at our European affiliates, providing exceptional support to our affiliates, and working closely with our IT Operations, Application Teams, and Infrastructure Partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft suite (M365, Intune, Defender, and Azure), as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will involve frequent travel to our European offices, and the candidate should be comfortable with this aspect of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain IT infrastructure at our European affiliates.
• Provide exceptional support to our affiliates, including day-to-day operations and 1st-3rd level support.
• Work closely with our IT Operations, Application Teams, and Infrastructure Partners to ensure optimal working conditions for our European affiliates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with vendors, ensuring minimal disruption to our affiliates' operations.

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft suite (M365, Intune, Defender, and Azure).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with frequent travel to our European offices.
