Job Description:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and establish healthy partnerships.
  • Review business processes, methods, and training needs of clients and suggest remedial measures.
  • Ensure optimum functioning of clients' software by pre-emptive analysis and immediate remedial action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-class application support on Dynamics 365 FO.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and peers to address complex client requests.
  • Provide compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders whenever required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of D365 (FO) consultancy experience.
  • Possess knowledge of Dynamic 365 ecosystem of applications, especially D365 Finance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience collaborating on Incident, Problem, and Change/Release Management.
