In this role, you will be responsible for driving our ERP landscape projects forward, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective project management plans, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.

You will also build and lead project teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in helping us achieve our goal of improving global healthcare through reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting
  • Lead high-performing project teams consisting of functional consultants, developers, testers, and other IT professionals
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely issue resolution
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a global context
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
