We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Radiometer team as a Senior Production Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive quality and efficiency improvements while ensuring the successful introduction of new products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, Lean principles, and leadership. They will be responsible for overseeing the instrument value stream producing the ABL90 instrument, which is a critical component in our diagnostic devices for Blood gas analysis.

This position is part of Manufacturing and Operations, requiring on-site presence in Brønshøj. As the Value Stream Manager, you will lead a team of Engineers, Technicians & indirect Operators, reporting to the Director, Instruments Value Group.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and efficiency within the instrument value stream.
  • Lead daily production activities, collaborating closely with material planning, technical support, and team leaders.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment through continuous improvement efforts.
  • Foster effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Supply chain, Procurement, R&D, and Quality functions.
  • Cultivate collaboration with sister production in Radiometer Suzhou, China.
  • Guarantee the successful introduction of new products, adhering to Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives.
The essential qualifications include:
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Mechanical/Production/Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a production environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of production support and operators.
  • Strong understanding of production/project planning concepts.
  • Passion for working in a LEAN culture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively manage change within the organization.
  • Proficient in Danish and English languages.
