Electrical Project Coordinator for High-Voltage Cable Services

We are looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator to join our Service & Installation team in Denmark. As a key enabler of the green transition and electrification of society, we need your expertise to ensure projects are delivered with high quality, timely, and safely.

The position is based in Brøndby and involves working closely with customers and colleagues to prepare, execute, document, and commercially handle operational service jobs. Your responsibilities will cover project execution, reporting, invoicing, claims management, and implementation of lessons learned, new processes, and standards.

You will work with both customers and colleagues to deliver projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied. Your role will involve providing input to our sales force when bidding for projects and repairs, organizing on-site tasks, and constructing plans for activities in collaboration with customers and team members.

As a successful Electrical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial and legal aspects of contract implementation, engaging in dialogue with clients, and participating in customer meetings. You will also collaborate with other site supervisors to ensure coverage for the on-call phone service.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or long experience within the HV area. Proficiency in commercial aspects and technical experience pertaining to the energy or electrical sectors are essential. Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken, is also required.
