Your Role
You will be joining an experienced team of software engineers who deliver awesome features and products for Roku. As a Sr. SW Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining audio pipeline configurability, interacting with chip vendors for audio porting, and collaborating with other Roku teams throughout the software development life cycle.
- Develop software that runs on millions of devices in the Roku OS ecosystem.
- Design and develop Audio features that are fast, efficient and a joy for users.
- Implement features with the abstractions necessary to run on a variety of hardware.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, C/C++ coding, and system-on-a-chip (SoC) development and integration. Experience with Linux-based embedded platforms, multi-threaded development, and concurrency management is also preferred.
