Job Summary:

This position performs a variety of administrative tasks to support the operations of the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Data Management: Manipulate and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  2. Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion and effective execution.
  3. Package Handling and Shipping: Process and manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of packages and materials.
  4. Auditing and Inventory: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records and inventory, and make adjustments as necessary.
  5. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Operations Support: Perform other tasks as requested to support the smooth operation of the organization.
