About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Nordic Private Banking team as a Client Advisor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a talented team of Bankers, Client Advisors, and other professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to Bankers and the wider integrated team as neededManage account opening and onboarding processes with the onboarding officer as subject matter expert for both prospects and existing clientsSupport Bankers with updating account documentation, authorities, and Sig Lists on an ad hoc basis and during the Periodic Review processContribute to business and banker projects and strategies for prospects and clients, including subscription and content managementAssist with team projects and administrative tasks (weekly flows commentary, pipeline reporting, etc.)Support resolving ad hoc client queries and standard reportingQualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in finance, law, or a business-related field (or equivalent) and have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral. They will also demonstrate absolute discretion when handling confidential matters, strong organizational skills, and good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
