Strengthen Financial Consolidation
Bang & Olufsen is looking for a skilled professional to lead its financial consolidation efforts. As a Group Consolidation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing complete and accurate consolidated financial reporting for the Bang & Olufsen group and acting as the system owner for our consolidation system.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly group financial reporting consolidations, ensuring transparency and data quality.
- Develop and maintain the consolidation tool (currently Solitwork FCC) and provide technical expertise to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize reporting hierarchies and reporting processes.
- Create and implement a new or upgraded consolidation tool.
- Leverage automation and data analysis to improve controlling and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance transparency and inform business decisions.
- Support the Financial Controlling & Consolidation team in driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
You should possess a master's degree in finance, auditing, or a similar field and have 3+ years of experience in an audit firm and/or 2+ years in a similar role. Additionally, you should have proficiency in consolidation processes, accounting, financial reporting, and cost center structures, as well as a systems-driven mindset with an understanding of data flows.
