Job Summary
Unity Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Art Manager to lead our graphics technical art team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our engine and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to Unity's graphic strategy and vision
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product designers to improve the content creation experience in Unity
- Advocate for more elegant and efficient workflows
- Build a healthy, empowering team culture
- Coordinate with the efforts of other Unity teams and contribute to documentation, training material, presentations, and demos
Requirements
- Conversant with the state of the art in 3D graphics
- Broad familiarity with modern 3D asset creation pipelines
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
- Have shipped two or more games as an artist or technical artist
- Have led a team of at least six people
Preferred Qualifications
- Unity engine knowledge and/or prior experience as a technical art director
- Shipped on mobile or XR platforms and/or production experience with VFX or lighting
- French or Danish language skills
