**About This Role**

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Art Director to join our creative team at Shaping New Tomorrow. As a Graphic Art Director, you'll be responsible for leading our visual content creation efforts and ensuring that our brand identity is consistently represented across all channels.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging your expertise in graphic design to develop and implement visual strategies that align with our brand goals
  • Overseeing the creation of engaging content and designs for our website, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in visual identity
  • Maintaining and updating our brand guidelines and style guide
  • Providing design leadership and guidance to junior designers

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent design skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills. You should be proficient in graphic design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Experience with animation tools like After Effects is a plus.

We imagine that you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in graphic design and art direction
  • Are highly skilled in design principles and visual storytelling
  • Have a strong understanding of branding and visual identity
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

As an individual, you are able to lead a team and prioritize your tasks, keeping an overview and meeting deadlines, with a great attention to detail. You are a team player who understands the importance of collaboration and communication in achieving our brand goals.
