As a Maintenance Optimization Expert, you'll be part of our Asset Management department, working closely with highly skilled engineers to provide best practices and create value for customers.

We bridge theory and practice, framing project deliveries and creating work tools for optimization in collaboration with customers. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, risk assessment, and flexibility, as well as the capacity to take on various roles within projects.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Over five years of experience in maintenance management and execution within maintenance organizations.
  2. Languages: Proficiency in English is a must; Danish is nice to have.
  3. Personal Traits: Initiative, ambition, quality consciousness, and a positive attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Asset Maintenance: Develop and optimize maintenance strategies for various technical assets.
  2. Project Execution: Lead and manage projects, ensuring effective execution and close dialogue with customers.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across different departments to combine competencies for individual projects.

Compensation: We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
