This position requires an individual with expertise in DevOps, Cloud/Cloud-native, or CI/CD who can rapidly adapt and experiment with new tools. They should embody a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with a diverse group of experts across various domains while following external trends and bringing them back to enrich our collective understanding.

A strong interest in communicating ideas through written text, conference presentations, or classroom sessions will play a crucial role in our mission to share solutions and celebrate successes with the broader community.

• Expertise in DevOps, Cloud/Cloud native, or CI/CD: experience in solving problems and coaching others in these areas.
• Visionary mindset: ability to anticipate emerging trends and rapidly explore new tools and technologies.
• Project leadership experience: drive projects internally and externally, contributing to client success and team achievement.
• Nurturing a knowledge-sharing mindset: champion a culture of learning and collaboration, extracting insights from customer experiences for the benefit of the broader community.
• Effective communication skills: eagerness and ability to communicate ideas in English through various mediums, including written, verbal, and public speaking engagements.
• People and customer-oriented: enjoy working with people and customers to improve their work.

• Leadership experience: prior experience in leading teams or areas of work, interested in developing leadership skills.
• Containerization and virtualization: experience in configuring Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes or serverless architectures.
• Automation: experience in setting up, building, and deploying systems using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD or equivalent.
• Version control: skilled in handling source code in Git, using tools like GitLab and GitHub with artifacts in Nexus or Artifactory.
• Software development: skilled in modern programming languages, familiar with TDD, DDD and agile coding practices.
• System administration: experience in managing servers based on Linux, Windows or in the cloud with AWS, Azure or OpenStack.
