About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Academy Manager and lead the development and execution of our Global Marketing Academy. As a key member of the Strategy and CMO Office team, you will have the chance to shape the future of our organization and make a meaningful impact on the careers of our talented marketers.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the strategy, development, and execution of the Academy, as well as developing and continuously evolving the learning and skill development program. You will also lead the design of learning journeys and anticipate learning needs across marketing functions.

What You Will Achieve
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Global Marketing Academy
  • Lead the design of learning journeys and anticipate learning needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver the Academy's goals
