Senior Fiber Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fiber Planner to join our team at GlobalConnect A/S. As a Senior Fiber Planner, you will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing long-term plans for our network development. Your workdays will be characterized by dynamic collaboration with our international team, working closely with partners across borders to optimize our network and ensure compliance with all requirements and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing expansions and ensure submarine cables connect countries
• Navigate through lengthy approval processes
• Participate in meetings with customers and work closely with our carrier business team
• Work with mapping tools like GIS (SmallWorld, MapInfo) and network documentation systems

Requirements:

• Determined and results-oriented individual
• Positive problem solver, organized, quality-conscious, and service-oriented
• Effective communication and written expression
• Proficient in a Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and written
