About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team in Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS API) QA, Insulin Manufacturing 1 (QA IM1). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance and compliance in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of approximately 10 QA colleagues, fostering close collaboration with production stakeholders.
  • Maintain a focus on simplicity in all processes and continuously improve departmental operations.
  • Set direction, motivate, and cultivate high performance and engagement through team empowerment.
  • Ensure team skills and competences align with Novo Nordisk Quality demands and authority expectations.
Requirements
  • Hold a M.Sc. in pharmacy, engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Have several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, within roles related to QA/QC or production.
  • Have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and motivation to the team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Have a strong business perspective with a strategic ability to balance quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Be fluent in both English and Danish.

PS API QA is responsible for assuring safe and innovative active pharmaceutical ingredients for our patients. The department has highly dedicated and qualified employees led by an engaged and experienced leadership team.
