We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PMO Manager to join our team at GomSpace. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project management standards that drive the execution of cutting-edge projects in the satellite industry.

• Implement a comprehensive project management framework that ensures optimal project execution and delivery.
• Assess opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance project performance and efficiency.
• Guide and train project teams on best practices and new standards, ensuring a strong two-way communication platform that meets the needs of all stakeholders.
• Take hands-on ownership of your own projects, demonstrating your ability to act upon your own initiatives and drive results.
• Prepare and deliver reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical engineering, and extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices. Experience running or working with PMO is highly desirable. You must be fluent in English, a team player, dynamic, and possess a strong overview of project management processes and procedures.
