SAP SE Regional Facilities Director

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our facilities operations in the Nordics and Baltics, ensuring that our service delivery meets SAP Global standards. Your key responsibilities will include actively participating in real estate lease negotiations, collecting required data, and participating in the business case creation and approval process. You will also be responsible for ensuring correct data in the lease contract database, representing facility operations at management level in the Nordics and Baltics, and leading and developing local facilities teams.

Your Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing building services, comprehensive understanding of facilities budgeting, procedures, and reporting. Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language. Proven experience in leading people and managing projects, ability to lead a team in a cross-functional environment.
