Finance Director for Global Reporting and Planning

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to lead our global reporting and planning processes. As Group Reporting Director, you will be responsible for transforming and streamlining these processes to support senior management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and supervise financial FP&A and reporting processes at the group level
• Collect and consolidate reporting from group functions and global affiliates to ensure consistency and realism in financial plans
• Ensure accurate internal management reporting to support decision-making by senior management
• Prepare management reports and presentations for the board and other stakeholders
• Identify and implement improvements in Pharmacosmos reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy across the group

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• An academic degree within accounting/finance
• Solid experience with group financial reporting and FP&A in an international company with a manufacturing setup
• Strong knowledge of international accounting principles and regulations
• Outstanding analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication abilities
• Excellent skills in English and Danish, spoken and written

Earnings Potential:

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
