About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Project Manager within NKT A/S's Service & Installation team in Denmark. As a key enabler of the green transition, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead high-voltage cable service and installation projects.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for preparing, executing, documenting, and commercially handling operational service jobs. You will work closely with customers and colleagues to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of our customers.

  • Providing input to our sales force when bidding for projects and repairs.
  • Project execution; reporting, invoicing, claims management etc.
  • Implementation of Lessons Learned, new processes, and standards so we continue to improve our way of working.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be comfortable handling changes and finding solutions to challenges that can occur while maintaining an overview. Your Project Management toolbox enables you to:

  • Organize and arrange on-site tasks, and construct and evolve plans for activities in collaboration with customers and team members.
  • Oversee the commercial and legal aspects of contract implementation, engage in dialogue with clients, and take part in customer meetings.
  • Secure and maintain training, certifications, and approval required on sites.
  • Collaborate with other site supervisors to ensure coverage for the on-call phone service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or long experience within the HV area.
  • Proficiency in the commercial aspects and technical experience pertaining to the energy or electrical sectors.
  • Knowledge of common industry standards and regulations.
  • Fluency in English and Danish both written and spoken.
